Is the jewellery made with real silver?Yes! Our sterling silver jewellery is made of 92.5% silver which is the highest purity in which jewellery can be made from silver.

Is it possible for the jewellery to fade?Over a period of time, depending upon usage, any pure metal will react to outside environment, hence its possible the jewellery might lose some of its original polish, You can reduce the tarnishing of each piece by separately storing them in the zip pouch provided , air tight-container, or in a box lined with anti-tarnish fabric when not being used.

Are Repolishing services available ?We are committed to manufacturing top quality products for you, however, if the pieces are exposed to any chemicals or humid conditions for a very long period of time, they might tarnish. In case this happens, you can reach out to us and we will re-polish it for a very nominal charge.

Is the jewellery water-proof?It’s preferable that you remove the jewellery before swimming, bathing or showering as contact with water might hasten the tarnishing of our product as they are not completely water-proof.

What Payment methods are available?You can pay via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Mobile Wallets, UPI, or Cash on Delivery.EMI is not an available payment option.

Do all products have a warranty?No.

How can I return a product?Any product that is once delivered, can only be returned if it’s damaged or broken. We do not accept returning of products in any other cases.

What if the product delivered is damaged?Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The timeline is 48 hours to do so.
